REFUND POLICY

At Korean Cosmetics, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds, returns, and exchanges are processed.

Refunds are applicable only under certain conditions such as:
  • Damaged or defective products
  • Incorrect items delivered
  • Products not delivered
Items must be reported within the specified return period.

To be eligible for a return:
  • The product must be unused and in original packaging
  • Proof of purchase must be provided
  • Return request must be made within 7 days of delivery

Certain items are not eligible for refunds:
  • Opened or used cosmetic products
  • Items purchased on clearance or sale
  • Gift cards or promotional items

Once your return is received and inspected:
  • We will notify you of the approval or rejection
  • If approved, the refund will be processed
  • Refunds are credited to the original payment method
Processing time may take 5–10 business days.

If you haven’t received a refund:
  • Check your bank account again
  • Contact your credit card provider
  • Contact your bank for processing delays
If the issue persists, contact us directly.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, contact us with supporting evidence such as images of the product.
